Corporate Immigration Compliance Institute is proud to invite you to our Diverisity and Inclusion: Unconscious Bias and IRCA Discrimination Training on November 17, 2021. This hour-long, interactive training will assist HR and legal professionals in identifying and counteracting unconscious bias in the workplace. This training is led by Attorney Leyla Galmarini McMullen of the Mdivani Corporate Immigration Law Firm. A member of the Hispanic Bar Association, Leyla McMullen practices business immigration law and holds a certificate in Diversity & Inclusion from Cornell University. She brings her unique perspective as an immigrant herself, in addition to years of experience assisting employers with onboarding and retaining diverse international personnel.  Leyla is joined by Ted McKnight, current VP of Employee Benefits at CBIZ, and former NFL player for the KC Chiefs.  Ted also holds a certificate in Diversity & Inclusion from Cornell University, and he is currently completing a D & I course through Harvard.  He brings his unique perspective as a former professional football player who transitioned to corporate America.
