The Form I-9 is set to expire this week on August 31, 2019. Employers should continue using this version of the form until USCIS releases a new version.
Best Practice Tip: To ensure you are always using the latest version of the form, employers should always go to USCIS.gov/I-9 to access the latest issued version of the Form I-9.
