PROGRAM SUMMARY

A step-by step walk-through for employers of how to properly complete the Form I-9 on international personnel. International personnel can present documents that may be confusing to an I-9 Administrator and may create liability for employers. This training will provide a complete review of the possible I-9 documents for foreign employees, like Employment Authorization Documents, I-94s, and Permanent Resident Cards, as well as how to correctly record, reverify, or NOT reverify each.
