Complete Immigration

COMPLIANCE

OUR APPROACH

Regulatory agencies do not make it easy for employers to keep up with all the required compliance policies. Oftentimes immigration compliance, required by the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 or IRCA, is the first compliance area to be pushed to the wayside by employers who are bogged down with all other required compliance measures.  We pride ourselves in making immigration compliance palatable and easily accomplished through our varied training programs.

We provide everything from short, yet comprehensive webinars about how to properly complete the Form I-9 to longer, several hour long in-depth trainings on full immigration compliance, the latter of which includes ready-to-implement Immigration Compliance Plans, Policies, and Procedures that have been drafted based on Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s own ICE Best Employment Practices.

Because our instructors are Business Immigration Attorneys, our trainings are created and updated based on their experience as defense counsel for employers who are under ICE investigation and/or audit.
